The Cafeteria in my School

The student cafeteria was very noisy and crowded in my school. Today we had new students, so there is a lot of people in the cafeteria. Even though they spoke very loud. And, there is very loud music. I don't like very loud music, so I did leave early. Because I didn't want stay anymore.

My Boss House

My boss bought a new house near my house. His house is very nice and big. When I went his house I was surprised, because his house was good. He has a big swimming pool, five bedroom with three restroom, and big garage. Also he has a nice garden. Especially, the view was very nice.

  I'm going to writh about what are characteristics of a good leader. I think a good leader need a lot of
things. One of thing is a good leader need passion. If there is no passion to leader, it team structures are boring too. If you want to lead somebody, you should have passion. Next, a good leader have to respect to team structures. Then, the team structures will respect too to leader. Also, a good leader need friendship with other people. If there is no friendship with other team that team will be isolation. Next a good leader have to good listener. The leader have to listen a lot of opinion from team structures. Then a good idea will come out from them for team. Finally a good leader need money. If they don't have enough money, they can't a lot of things even though the team has a good idea. So a good leader need enough money for team. If you have these things, you will be good leader. Just I guess.
